Founded in 2023 with one classroom and a powerful mission: to empower young women with premium, industry-ready skills that turn creative passion into independent business.
Our reputation grew quickly because of uncompromising training standards and the individual attention we give every student. Two years later we expanded into spacious, state-of-the-art training facilities across two branches.

Founder's Message
When I founded IVA, I didn't just want to start another beauty school. I wanted to create a launchpad where women could build themselves up from nothing and claim their space in the beauty world. This mission is incredibly personal to me — it was born out of my own hardships. I built this institute to hand those life lessons down to the next generation of young women chasing big dreams. There is no greater reward than hearing my students declare with absolute confidence that they are independent, self-reliant and fully capable of providing for their families.
